Reference: NFP013317-RDL-3A giant in financial services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst to join their dynamic pricing and profitability team!Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, analyzing, and monitoring pricing strategies to support the overall origination strategy and business objectives. It will also be your responsibility to manage and guide analysts in originations as well as the broader credit team.Develop, maintain, and monitor pricing and profitability modelsPerform ongoing pricing model execution ensuring returns are in line with expectations through the adjustment of interest rates, credit life rates, max term, and capital offersWork closely with the originations manager for effective and coordinated response to risk changesContribute to budgeting and planningMaintain a test-and-learn mindset to optimize pricing strategiesProvide assistance in designing and monitoring systems to detect potential revenue leaksManage and guide analysts in originations and across the credit departmentQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or related fieldJob Experience & Skills Required4+ years' experience in retail credit, focusing on credit pricingExperience in financial services reporting and analyticsPython (advantageous)Package & RemunerationR 1 000 000 - R 1 200 000
