Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of test strategies that encompass both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Expand unit test coverage and implement test-driven development practices.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of complex test environments, particularly in cloud settings.
Drive the testing process, including non-functional testing aspects such as performance at a certification level, and comprehensive security testing.
Monitor systems, identify security vulnerabilities, and ensure the creation of secure and reliable testing frameworks.
Participation and contribution to the Inspired Testing Community of Practice.
Continuous improvement and contribution to the Inspired Testing standards.
Skills and Competencies: Expert-level understanding of test automation scripting and maintenance.
Advanced knowledge in performance testing, capable of scripting and maintaining performance test suites, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
Profound expertise in security testing, able to conduct sophisticated SAST and DAST analyses.
Mastery of cloud concepts, capable of leading initiatives for containerisation and test environment creation.
