Duties:Quality lead in feasibility studiesLead SQAM activitiesCreate PIS from 2D drawings or CAD dataReview and approval checking fixture designsChecking fixture evaluation and buying off checking fixturesLead PPM reduction, scrap analysis and root cause investigationsReview designs/drawings/CAD & ECI's from customer, update current quality documentation or create newEnsure there is an effective and cost-efficient structure in place.Coach, train and mentor subordinates in both classroom and OJT scenariosEnsure the delivery of the People Strategy within the area of accountabilityMinimum Requirements:Qualification in EngineeringMinimum of 8 years experience in Quality engineering in an automotive environment.Sound knowledge of SQAM, VDA6 and other customer requirements.Knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949, ISO14001 and VDA6
