Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing software applications.Identify, report, and track bugs throughout the software development cycle.Automate testing processes using various testing tools to increase efficiency and ensure robust coverage.Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.Collaborate with developers to fix defects, improve the product, and ensure it meets quality standards.Work with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets business requirements and user needs.Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.Continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and processes to support efficient product delivery.Skills Required:Strong understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies.Proficient in a variety of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases to validate data integrity.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and fixing software defects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in automation best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation.3+ years of experience in the automated testing process, including developing and executing automated tests.Familiarity with Agile development environments and testing processes.Apply now!
