Experience & Qualification Proven experience as a CNC Milling and Turning Setter. Practical experience in QC duties is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as G-code. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to troubleshoot and interpret measured results. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication and leadership skills. Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Duties Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment to ensure accuracy. Fill out necessary paperwork related to QC processes, production, and maintenance. Manage the QC department, ensuring that all QC related objectives are fulfilled satisfactory. Perform practical QC duties, including inspections and quality assessments.
