Senior Property Analyst - West Coast

We are seeking a SENIOR PROPERTY ANALYST (Property Investment) for a permanent vacancy based in CT - West Coast

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria in full: BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance or another business-related field.A property investment-related degree will be advantageous. 4+ years experience in property investment/property finance structuringExperience in auditing, banking, and/or sales and marketing The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Networking and marketing by developing relationshipsDesign deal structures that will accommodate the client's needsConduct all required due diligence on investment in commercial properties; equity investment in the joint ventures; providing funding to SMEsCompile investment proposal reportsPortfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures) Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
