Reference: PC001567-RC-2Our client based in Bellville is looking for a Senior Property Analyst with 4 years-experience in property investments to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentSECTOR: FinanceBASIC SALARY: Market RelatedSTART DATE: ImmediateRequirementsBcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. A Property Investment related degree will be advantageous.4 or more years of experience in property investment/property finance structuring.Experience in auditing, banking and/or sales and marketing will be advantageous.Driver's license and own transport preferable.Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.DutiesNetwork and market by developing relationships with intermediaries and other role players in the property and finance industry in order to generate deal flow.Design deal structures that will accommodate the client's needs as well as comply with the company's policies.Conduct due diligence in order to determine viability of investment in commercial properties to improve the existing property portfolio, equity investment in joint ventures relating to commercial properties and providing funding to SMEs who wish to purchase their own business properties.Compile investment proposal report for submission to and approval by the relevant investment committees.Portfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures).HoursMon – Thurs: 08:00 – 17:00Fri: 08:00 – 16:30Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
