Job Description We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Jellyfish Training team.
Though you will be based in South Africa, most of your time will be focussed on UK and US projects and deliverables, you will work closely with our team to provide a consistent, efficient, and high-quality service across deliverables.
Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, Training You will work inside the training function and be involved in the smooth delivering of both simple and complex training projects which are being provided to external customers.
Clients include the likes of Google, Samsung, Adidas, Boots and many other leading brands.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of our service, and our client's business Ensure projects are set up, managed and closed correctly providing accurate business intelligence Support pulling together commercials and SOW's for large-scale training projects Ensure revenue forecasts for ongoing projects are accurate Work closely with the operations team to ensure effective resource management across our team of instructors.
Develop/update, promote and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targets Be the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externally Manage the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and at times external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver high-quality service Can run client calls, including setting agendas, compiling project status reports, keeping accurate records and ensuring all actions are followed up on.
Support team members to achieve team goals and objectives Qualifications Have a working knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem Knowledge of the Google Workspace An interest in Tech and the use of platform solutions to support workflows; curious to learn about our existing tech stack and how it can be leveraged to make our daily easier.
Any previous experience working in the L&D sector Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
