Job DescriptionCompany: Redheads Engineering Solutions (Pty) LtdResponsibilitiesResponsible for projects, from tender award / handover stage through to contract execution, and handover to clientMaintain client relationshipsResponsible for completion of all projects including contracts, procurement, engineering, technical and financeManage sub-contractors, suppliers and site activitiesMonitor and manage the execution of projectsMonitor and manage all financial aspects of the projectApprove supplier invoices for paymentApproval drawingsEnsure compliance with client contract specificationsProject contract managementManage project cash flowComplete monthly accruals and project documentationMaintain the project scheduleWeekly Action Plan meetings to communicate project deliverables and financial requirementsSelect sub-contractors and suppliersManage the drawings / CADs pertaining to the projectManage engineering resources, Buyers, stores, workshop, sub-contractor, supplier and site activitiesProduce accurate estimates of project financial forecastsCompile engineering documentation based on Master Document Register (MDR)Desired Experience & QualificationB Tech / BSc Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering3 – 5 years project engineering experienceSound knowledge of commercial / contract termsPr Eng: ECSA / Pr CM / CPM (advantageous)Interested?By applying for this position, you consent in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) to your personal information being obtained, utilised and stored by the Company through inter alia, reference checks, credit checks and trace reports.Should you not hear from us within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
