Senior Project Manager

Duties will include but is not limited to:- Delivering PV installation project from an execution state of the project to completion.- From site establishment to commissioning. - Making sure the projects are done in time- Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with senior management.- Site Management: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.- Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, resolve issues, and manage subcontractor performance.- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project requirements and industry standards.- Budget Management: Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily, weekly and monthly reports, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders.- Communication: Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations.- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budget.- Environmental Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with environmental regulations and minimize ecological impacts.- Training and Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of construction techniques, solar technologies, and project management practices through training and professional development opportunities.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
