KEY PERFORMANCE AREASProject Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress against project milestones. Responsible for overall project financial performance.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) with professional registration.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, with proven track record of delivering successful projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.Experience leading cross-functional and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Practical site construction experience is a must.Formal training in related contract management (ECC & PSC or others as required).Exceptional qualifications/training in ISO 9001, 14001, or OHSAS 18001 are desirable.Exceptional qualification in contract law is desirable.KNOWLEDGE & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIESKnowledge:Thorough knowledge and understanding of project management principles in terms of the PMBOK.Thorough knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.Thorough knowledge on contract management and contract requirements.Thorough understanding of project scheduling.Good knowledge of regulatory and safety governance.Thorough understanding of business principles.Thorough understanding of business processes and organizational functionality.Skills:Computer Literate (Word, Excel)Computer Systems (IFS, Primavera, MS Projects, Project Management Collaboration Platforms)Be able to communicate clearly.Be technically competent.Behaviours/Personal Attributes:High degree of integrity and loyalty.Self-motivated with the ability to independently initiate activities.Enthusiastic, brings energy and is always busy.Able to accept personal accountability and driving accountability in others.Able to think conceptually.Able to articulate and maintain the vision and values.A team player and able to generate team spirit and cooperation.Able to establish and maintain allocated stakeholder relationships.Have foresight to anticipate opportunities and threats.Methodical, with good attention to detail.Open-minded, open to new ideas, flexible to client, team and organisational requirements.
