The project:
Large-scale refurbishment of a hospital in a live environment, including management of decanting and new build interfaces. Project is situated in Kwazulu-Natal Province.

You'll need to have:
Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.
Registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) with the SACPCMP.
You'll also have:
Commercial and financial acumen.
Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of digital Project Information Management Systems.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
