QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Engineering, or similarProject management certification or qualificationValid driver's licenseOwn CarEXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6+ years' experience in an Engineering or Construction environment3+ years' experience in project management of PV projectsMust have completed projects that are 5MWp or biggerExposure to PV projects exceeding 20MWp advantageousPREFERRED SKILLS: Attention to detail and organizational skillsProgram and schedule managementBudget controlExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding and application of PMP frameworkDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contract review and administrationAssist the SHE department with risk assessments, file creations, auditing, and compliance during project executionFacilitating grid connection applications to relevant authoritiesInternal and external communications with stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable outcomesConstruction team liaison/subcontractor managementEnsuring schedules and the overarching project program are adhered to.Liaison with engineers and draftsman during preliminary and detailed designCompiling and tracking of Project Budgets and ensuring targeted GP is maintainedCompiling and managing project documentation, alongside the Project Administrator resourcesSite investigations, meetings, and inspections on a monthly basisEnsuring construction activities comply with internal Quality standards and controlsTechnical support and client liaison including troubleshootingForesee, identify, and action risks using the correct protocols
