Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionThe role of Project Management within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, meeting standards and client goals.Reporting to the Project Director.Your primary responsibilities will include:Take ownership of project needs following our client's strategy, ensuring that they are facilitated through to completion within the required scopeManage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals.Collaborate with partners to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.Provide regular status updates to clients and our teams, promoting transparency and trust.Support skill/knowledge gaps of less experienced members of the team when identified by more senior members of the team.
Can identify skill gaps on their project teams and escalate to their capability support.Provide revenue and pace insights for projects to ensure tight adherence to the agreed scope/budget.Escalate issues that need to be raised with the client.
Working collaboratively with our client manager to address theseQualifications3+ Years of proven experience in project management in the Digital Marketing agency space.A clear understanding of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.Experienced in leading several projects involved in digital marketing, from paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementation.Proficient in project management tools for timeline planning and project tracking.Experience overseeing project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints,Advantageous:Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP).Additional InformationJoin Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.
