Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sector Experienced in managing projects from inception to final stage Project Management certification is a definite plus!
Plan & manage projects in line with best practices Skilled in liaising with key stakeholders and driving innovation to achieve project success Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes and manage conflicts Valid drivers license Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the ability to master new systems quickly
