Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead and oversee our software development projects.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities: ·         Lead and manage software development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
·         Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that outline project goals, milestones, resources, and timelines.
·         Employ effective project management techniques to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
·         Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through both verbal and electronic channels, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
·         Apply exceptional planning and optimization skills to achieve project milestones and deliverables efficiently.
·         Manage stakeholder expectations proactively, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
·         Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies, project management principles, and industry-standard tools to drive project success and continuous improvement.
Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: ·         Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering).
·         PMI certification or similar project management credentials is an advantage.
·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
·         Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
·         Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
