Senior Project Manager

Plan, execute, and manage project tasks across various disciplines to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiencyDevelop the overall project budget, including staffing requirementsEnsure that each program meets its defined objectivesAlign priorities with the Department Manager and Engineering DirectorMonitor, control, and manage tasks to ensure compliance with the LCM (Life Cycle Management) processIdentify and communicate critical project paths and major risksAddress project challenges and resolve conflicts effectivelyGather and analyze information to identify opportunities for improvementManage communication channels to ensure smooth project executionReport on project progress as requiredCollaborate and reach consensus with project teams across AEC sitesCoordinate with sub-contractors as needed during developmentWork with customers and/or support program management to ensure deliverables and milestones are met as agreed Skills & Experience: A minimum of 510 years of Project Management experienceProven experience in owning program strategy with end-to-end delivery and presenting results to senior managementA relevant engineering qualification, complemented by a project management diploma or equivalentExtensive experience in analytical, strategic, and planning functionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-throughFinancial, contractual, and commercial skills, with strong negotiating abilities Qualification:BScEng or relevant project management certification or trainingExperience in an electronic or high-tech environment is highly desirableExperience in the aerospace industry, with knowledge of software and hardware development processesProven experience in using data and metrics to drive improvements Contact SHAWN VELDTMAN on
