By joining our global team and learning from renowned subject matter experts, we can offer you a rich and diverse career.ADP (a Lycopodium business) is inviting expressions of interest for a site-based Senior Project Manager.The tasks you will perform include but are not limited to:Oversee and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion.Develop and implement customised project plans to meet Company and client objectives.Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure project success.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.The expertise you'll bring:Tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering15+ years proven experience in minerals processing and related industriesExperience in minerals processing and working on projects in Africa is criticalDemonstrated success in leading and completing large brown and green fields projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong technical background with a broad multi-disciplinary base in mineral processing plant and associated infrastructure construction.Demonstrate success and understanding of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental, community and industrial relations issues.Ability to achieve consistently high standards within budget and schedule constraints.Exceptional organisational and leadership skills with a flair for delegation and strong capacity for clear thinking and planning.Capacity to evaluate work practices, implement systems and suggest alternatives and refinements where necessary.Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.Self-motivated with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks while ensuring attention to detail.Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitmentDemonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility and discretion.Ability and Willingness to spend extended periods of time on project sites.The benefits we'll provideADP/Lycopodium has a strong company culture focused on career progression and technical skill development.
