Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of enterprise-wide projects to ensure project goals are accomplished.Develop detailed project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.Manage larger and/or complex programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution.Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality project delivery.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience Minimum of 8-10 years of experience at a senior level managing larger and/or complex programmes.Proven experience in running projects that are enterprise data services related.Strong knowledge of technologies such as Abinitio, Denodo, IBM IIBR, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).Experience with projects focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Hyper Automation.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Preferred Skills:Experience with agile project management methodologies.Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements.Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in data services and AI.
