Role Purpose The Project Manager will lead projects within our Global Information Management division, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution : Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless project delivery, ensuring all projects meet deadlines, budgetary constraints, and scope.
Scope and Objectives : Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and verifying technical feasibility.
Resource Management : Ensure the effective allocation of resources, maintaining availability for critical project phases.
Project Planning and Tracking : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to stay aligned with objectives.
Risk Management : Proactively manage risks to minimize impact on projects and ensure continuity.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns.

The Project Manager will report to the OT Application Specialist and collaborate with various business unit stakeholders, regional support teams, and essential service providers.
