Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirementsDrive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.Key Requirements A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sectorExperienced in managing projects from inception to final stageProject Management certification is a definite plus!Plan & manage projects in line with best practicesSkilled in liaising with key stakeholders and driving innovation to achieve project successStrong commercial and business acumen to navigate and leverage project dynamics effectivelyExcellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes and manage conflictsValid drivers licenseProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the agility to master new systems quickly.
