We relish being market leaders and we want your enthusiasm and expertise at the table.If you have a strong local network already that's great, but if you're not local right now, you'll be keen to really dive into networking as a TBIG brand ambassador, getting involved as part of the local business community and growing our client base.You'll be able to demonstrate: Project/Construction management experience of 8+ years, ideally in a Consultancy An aptitude for networking and winning new work Experience in vertical build project delivery across a diverse portfolio, ideally including base build, commercial development and fitout projects Strong leadership coordinating design and technical teams The ability to challenge concepts, resolve problems and provide solutions Detailed knowledge and the preparation of robust contract documents, correspondence and reporting. Experience with NZS3910 contracts Strong understanding of relevant New Zealand building regulations and legislation and a strong focus on health and safety Highly organised with good time management / people management skills.
