They are based in Cape Town and looking for a Senior Project Engineer with the opportunity to grow into Management with a direct road to management/directorship.RequirementsDriver's LicenseSouth African CitizenUndergraduate degree with postgraduate studies advantageous (Mechanical Engineer)5 years Engineering design and construction management experience, with HVAC experienceProfessional RegistrationDutiesTechnical lead in engineering officeManaging technical aspects on multiple HVAC projects (design and implementation)Managing technical design and implementation on large HVAC applicationsEstimation and cost controlDrive deadline achievement on all projectsManage technical staff and contractorsProject reporting to managementTechnical submittals as part of project approval processesMaintain change management logs and variation ordersNotify builder and relevant parties of any delaysProtect the company from potential penalties by actively managing the programInform Directors of any issues on site which need immediate attentionManaging the claim process, including verification of certificates and claim queries
