They run a small yet efficient team, pride themselves on shaping a down-to-earth team culture, and maintain a complete solutions-driven client ethic.They are now looking to identify a Project Administrator/QS for a $60M+ project commencing in the new year.Key Responsibilities:Managing consentsManaging minor variationsManaging amendmentsClosing out building consentsSite QS – site measurementsMonitoring of RC and LUCKey Background for this Role:Intermediate level QS experience gained from a commercial contractor or senior level project administration experience working on $30M commercial projectsA strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systemsSome knowledge and understanding of the development processAn interest in learning the paperwork side and understanding RC / LUC and BC processesStrong administrative skills in sharing documentation, specifications, and controlling plan revisionsExcellent communicator, both written and oralRemuneration: $100K - $120K + vehicleFor further information, please call Matt on 0275544064 or send your resume to ******: 129079Apply online for this role or contact Matt Shortt for more information.
