Senior Project Accountant

As the Senior Project Accountant in this company, you would be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, including developing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. You will also track project costs, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of expenses, and prepare regular financial reports to update stakeholders on the financial status. The role also involves providing ongoing forecasting for project costs, adjusting projections as needed, overseeing invoicing and payments, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. The Project Accountant ensures compliance with internal policies and accounting standards, assists with audits, and analyzes project performance to identify financial improvements. They maintain accurate financial documentation, collaborate with project managers and other teams, manage financial risks, and ensure proper cash flow for project activities.
