B Tech or first Degree in relevant fields; A post graduate Diploma in e.g. Curatorship, Heritage, Exhibition development, will be advantageous; Minimum 5 years relevant experience in: Hosting of history/heritage and cultural education, training and capacity building programmes; Exhibition research and development; Resource and marketing materials development; Coordinate and hosting of history/heritage and cultural events and campaigns; Monitoring and evaluation; Stakeholder management; Budgeting and procurement; and Staff mentoring and management. Must have: EB Driver's license Computer literacy (Microsoft packages, Adobe, etc.) Willingness to work outside normal working hours.
