Qualifications and Skills Required:Matric required plus relevant National qualification (NQF 6/10)Minimum 5 years of Sales and Technical experienceSoftware or similar vendor application and/or hardware sales experienceExperience in Distribution and Reseller Channel (preferred)Responsibilities:Responsible for total sales number for product range, margins and overall profitability of productsWork with sales team to jointly manage pipeline on product opportunities, ensure that each sales opportunity is driven as proactively as possibleWork with sales team to develop partner specific, product specific strategies, execution plan and activities, driving execution of developed plan Drive sales team to grow vendor revenue in existing install base accounts and new accounts, through focused marketing strategies, campaigns, and enablementUse best practices for opportunity management, account planning and forecastingAn ongoing forecast is to be maintained with current and future opportunities, including weekly pipeline follow ups and forecast submissionDevelop and execute market share growth strategy taking full responsibility of brand market share performanceDeveloping and managing the Vendor RelationshipDeveloping and managing the Vendor RelationshipManaging the vendor partner programBe responsible for all reporting to the Vendor, including forecasting Vendor request for information, activity and progress reportsRecruit, develop and grow partners
