A sustainable investment platform serving families, foundations, and institutional investors for more than 20 years has an open role for a Platform Product Owner (PPO) who will have end to end accountability for your Data/Analytics products, from strategy, delivery, service lifecycle and production operations.
Responsibilities: Define product features and User stories.Ability to prioritise the product and Iteration backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.Significant experience in quality control as the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.Responsible for the Program Backlog, to prepare for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting.Dissect high-level information into details and is able to communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiences.Ability to drill down into the details of a delivery request without losing sight of the big picture.Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.Prepare agreed deliverables in line with standards, to meet agreed quality standards and timelines. Qualifications and Experience: Experience with Data Management and Business Intelligence Tools - Microsoft stack advantageousAt least 10 years proven data management and BI experience5+ years banking experience at senior level advantageous5 years data product management experienceSoftware implementation best practices knowledge and experienceProject Management - Microsoft Azure DevOps (Agile), MS Project Office, Kanban BoardsProject reporting - MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS ExcelShould have good functional knowledge of Banking (Retail, Investment, Corporate and Commercial).Subject matter expertise in all areas of product management, including demand management, business management, stakeholder management, roadmap development, communications, and user experience.
