As a Senior Product Owner in our Cape Town team, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry.Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and work of the Development team. Accountable for managing the Product Backlog, including adding/removing/grooming items and defining their priorities. Communicates vision of the Product Manager to their scrum team and is responsible for prioritizing the product backlog to accomplish that vision.Participates in all Agile activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review.Work with the team to groom backlog items: define acceptance criteria, help the team split and estimate stories. Chooses the right balance between feature development and technical (NFR) work to keep the product competitive.
