You will quickly become an expert on the needs, motivations, and challenges of TestGorilla's customers and audience. You will be responsible for product marketing initiatives and ensure that our team creates high-value product marketing campaigns to highlight key capabilities, collaborate on launches, and drive customers' interest.
You will report directly to the Content and Product Marketing Team Lead, work hand-in-hand with the Product, Marketing, Sales, as well as Customer Success teams and collaborate across all departments. You'll spend time on the following Managing, measuring, and optimizing product marketing campaigns tailored to support sales efforts, and conversion from our free to our paid plans, as well as driving free plan signups and demo requests. Collaborating closely with the sales team to implement and optimize product marketing workflows that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between marketing and sales activities. Providing guidance and feedback to team members on creating sales-enablement materials and collateral to support the sales team in their interactions with prospects and customers, ensuring that messaging aligns with sales objectives and resonates with target audiences. Being a technical expert and resource for the sales team, providing training and support to help sales representatives effectively communicate product value propositions. Refining our buyer personas and their jobs to be done. Understanding our competitors, the industry that we work in, and what that means in terms of the changes we need to make to our product as well as how we communicate those changes to our customers. Collaborating on and improving our product positioning and messaging to resonate with customers. Collaborating with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You have a proven track record of successfully implementing product marketing strategies including planning, development, and execution geared towards enhancing sales performance and driving revenue growth. You are curious about every step of a user journey. You have the ability to translate technical information into understandable language, and you write copy that delights, surprises, and informs our customers about new product features and launches. You can handle multiple projects at the same time and are able to adjust priorities as our business needs change. You are a great problem solver, with a flexible, can-do attitude, happy to put your hand to anything. You have good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling. You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup. You are comfortable working in a fully-remote environment.
