Retention is responsible for retaining our customers by continuously providing them with life-changing products such as cash loans, insurance, and buy-now-pay-later products.
Digital Financial Services: We are dedicated to offering our customers financial services, such as cash loans, through our M-KOPA App and across our key markets.
Eligibility: Collaborate with data scientists to implement real-time eligibility decisioning, enabling M-KOPA to determine if a customer is eligible for financial services.
Identity: Responsible for ensuring M-KOPA users can seamlessly and securely authenticate across our suite of apps.
Fraud: Working to identify fraud and malicious intent whilst protecting users.
Customer Interactions: Responsible for direct interactions with customers, including the native Android app, SMS, and USSD services.
