About the Position CommCare Connect (CCC) is a new initiative by Dimagi that allows Front Line Workers to independently learn and deliver interventions using CommCare apps and get paid for verified work. The platform is currently active in 4 countries and looking to scale rapidly.
Dimagi is looking for a skilled Product Manager to focus on supporting our most complex use cases. This is an incredibly fulfilling opportunity for a self-driven individual to integrate into a highly motivated team looking to improve our existing product and build new offerings.
As a Product Manager, you will work collaboratively and iteratively to turn complex problems into intuitive and scalable product solutions. You will be instrumental in helping to execute the product roadmap and measure success through data and user research. You will play a key role in roadmap definition, and your work will impact both users and our business goals.
Responsibilities Own the end-to-end 'learn, deliver, verify, pay' journey for frontline workers, by leveraging a deep understanding of their motivations to create an exceptional user experienceWork closely with technical leads and the design team to ensure efficient execution of feature deliveryCollaborate closely with engineers in all phases of product development, from discovery to delivery to iteration.Use research and data to guide design and development decisions.Validate and refine ideas, as well as collect new insights by employing an effective and objective User Testing process.Find creative ways to solve problems that spans usability and business questionsHelp design intuitive, human-centric flows and experiences on web and Android to solve product problems.Work with Engineering Manager in defining processes such as support and sprint managementRelevant Skills Demonstrated ability to think independently, argue open-mindedly and assertively, above all else value the pursuit of truth and excellence.High sense of accountability and ability to self-assess candidly.Demonstrated ability to operate in high performing and modern product teams.A bias for action and tenacious focus on how your work impacts users and the business.Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.Phenomenal ability to effectively convey well framed opinions to peers respectfully, while building alignment.Demonstrated comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism.UX, interaction, and visual design skills preferred5+ years in a professional technical role, including 2+ years of professional product manager experienceBenefitsWe aim to make a difference, not just as a company, but as an employer as well.
