Senior Product And Implementation Specialist – (Hybrid) – Somerset West

ENVIRONMENT:
Founded in 2020, our client is dedicated to offering comprehensive IT, analytic, and software support services to the fresh produce industry. They are currently seeking a Senior Product & Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for the successful implementation of client workflows. This includes conducting detailed workflow analysis, training, and implementation. Additionally, this role aims to provide holistic customer champion services to clients, focusing on channelling day-to-day support queries; strategic workflow advisory; system champion tasks (staging of development and implementation work) as well as pinpointing reporting and BI requirements of the client.
REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or any related field
At least 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Microsoft Visio or other business modelling skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills
At least 1 – 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL
