Senior Procurement Administrator

FMCG concern is seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to ensure the procurement of high quality raw materials and packaging materials at the most cost effective price.
You will also be responsible for for the procurement of materials according to Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices as well as the set specifications of the quality requirements.
Responsibilities: Purchasing of raw materials Negotiating and sourcing out suppliers of raw material and packaging.
Customs and clearance of imported materials as well as handling of forwarding agents  Cost saving projects Cycle stock takee Handling the direct deliveries to 3rd party contract manufacturers Handling of non-conformances of suppliers Coordinating the distribution of materials Sub-contracting, coordinating with supplier and 3rd party manufacturers Issuance of purchase orders for Finished Goods Handling of bills of materials and changes Record rebate register Review rebate register at contract packers and sign off on quarterly basis Monitor 3rd party service levels Quarterly supplier evaluation Supplier online approvals Vendor audits Requirements: Matric Diploma in procurement of relevant 5 Years' experience in a procurement position Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
