Senior Process Engineer X5 - Contract

Our Client, a Global Tech firm, is seeking 5 Senior Process Engineers to join their team in Sandton on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates, and a great working environment.To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process related knowledge through modelling, simulating, and analyzing current and future states, focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise, inline with the business strategy.Responsibilities:Above average computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)Scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution and the associated project effort and dependenciesDefining and tailoring the business/process analysis approach at project life cycle levelFacilitating workshops with business users (up to executive level) to gather requirements, generate ideas, and validate designsAssessing, mapping, and optimizing business processes with at least 5 years' experience as a Business AnalystDelivering formal projects implementing business process change that included the application of process automation and document management technologiesApplying formal business process modelling or business analysis methodologiesUnderstanding end-to-end business processes and the issues related to process performance in a traditional organizationApplying process modelling standards such as BPMN and ECPExposure to business process transformation, including process enabling and integrating technologiesExperience in projects involving formal Change Management and an understanding of its importance in business process transformationKnowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) would be an advantageUsing Use Cases to specify requirements (Business and System)Knowledge of UML to collaborate with Systems Analysts and architects in the production of design specificationsUnderstanding of data modelling and the ability to perform basic SQL database queries would be an advantageExperience within the financial services environment would be an advantageExperience:Minimum of 5-7 Years of Process Engineering experience, with at least 5 years as a Senior Process Engineer.
