Senior Process Engineer: Water

Job Description Description and Process Flow Diagrams etc. Participating in HAZOP/HAZAN studies, value engineering exercises and design reviews if required. To mentor process engineers via guidance and knowledge transfer in a teamwork environment. Preparing process designs and technical proposals for engineering studies and industrial tenders. Conducting plant (process) audits and providing process expertise for troubleshooting and operations optimization on the company's contracts. Interacting with mechanical, draughting, civil, electrical and control systems engineering disciplines on engineering studies and tenders. Keeping up to date with latest technologies, design tools & guidelines and developments inside the companies Group, in the water treatment field and from local/international suppliers. Writing of technical reports.

Ensure total confidentiality of all information, internal and external, pertaining to the business, all its Employees and Management. Perform all necessary computer functions. Communicate with clients in a professional manner. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Communication and Organizational skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Computer Literacy (MS Office, MS Projects). Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Chemical or Process Engineering, or similar relevant qualification. ECSA Registration as a Professional Engineer would be an advantage. Eight years' experience as a process engineer in water treatment, turnkey projects, or a similar field. Strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes.
