In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients. You will collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns are effectively targeting key audiences and delivering measurable results. If you have experience managing Google PPC campaigns, that will be considered a strong bonus, and you'll have opportunities to expand into Google Ads management.Key Responsibilities:LinkedIn Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions for B2B clients.Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, utilising LinkedIn's extensive demographic and behavioural data to reach key decision-makers in target industries.Ad Creative & Copywriting: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including copy and visuals, that resonate with B2B audiences.Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use LinkedIn's ad management tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, etc.), and make data-driven optimizations.Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports to clients and internal teams, summarising campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.Client Management: Act as a client-facing contact for managing campaign performance, addressing client needs, and ensuring their goals are met.Google PPC (Bonus): If applicable, manage and optimise Google PPC campaigns, including search and display ads, to complement LinkedIn strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience managing successful LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B clients.Strong understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform, targeting options, and best practices for B2B advertising.Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive campaign strategy and optimizations.Experience working with clients, providing performance updates, and managing expectations.Bonus: Experience managing Google PPC campaigns, including search and display ads, with proven results in driving growth.Familiarity with analytics platforms - Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Google Ads.Desired Attributes:Passionate about B2B advertising and digital marketing, constantly keeping up with the latest trends.A strategic thinker with the ability to translate client goals into actionable advertising strategies.Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and clients at once.Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with creative and strategy teams.
