To manage building portfolios including the physical operations, profitability, revenue management, letting, occupancy, revenue collection, and customer service to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications:
NQF 7 in Property Management, Operations Management or similar, essential
Functional experience:
5 years' experience in Property Management or Operations Management is essential

Management experience:
5 years experience in managing an operations team, essential

IT software knowledge:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Property management and CRM systems
SharePoint
Sales Pipeline system


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
