Senior Policy Officer

Formal Qualification/Degree: Masters in Public Policy, Social Policy, Development Studies, or equivalent degree in Social Sciences or Humanities Advantageous additional postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or Humanities Work Experience (What kind of experience is needed in order to do this job?) Minimum of 5 years of previous work experience in the NGO sector, development, or multilateral agencies Proven previous experience in public policy analysis, advocacy, and/or research Traceable experience in budgetary management and stakeholder management Evidence of progressive growth with increasing responsibility in prior employment Demonstrated success in working in teams, multicultural and complex environments Valid drivers license with driving experience
