You need to be experienced in the delivery of creative assets for websites and CRM.What you'll be doing:Analysing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules.Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project.Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.Understanding of SEO, CRM, UX, UI, Platform content and Analytics work.Experience in project management software.Aligning digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.Work as a member of the team, managing effective direct marketing processes by applying agreed processes and procedures.Manages direct marketing development process, writes direct marketing briefs & briefs strategists, project managers, and creatives.Directs overall client admin and communication – e.g. weekly status, project status.Ensure cost effective service delivery & therefore build agency revenue.Identify proactive opportunities with future financial reward.Scope projects with inhouse resources.Presentation of key CE's/budgets to Client.Project Costs using rate cards.Recons of projects.What you'll need:Sound understanding of SEO, CRM, UX, UI and Analytics work.2-3 years' experience in a similar role would be advantageous.Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.Strong commercial and operational administration skills.Ability to identify risks and problems.Team player and respectful of company culture.Positive attitude and deadline driven.
