Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing maintenance strategies.Managing maintenance teams.Analysing maintenance and breakdown reports.Ensuring safety and environmental regulations compliance.Facilitating the preventive maintenance programme.Overseeing contractor adherence to SHE site requirements.Driving continuous improvement initiatives.Required SkillsStrong leadership, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
