Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
Managing maintenance teams.
Analysing maintenance and breakdown reports.
Ensuring safety and environmental regulations compliance.
Facilitating the preventive maintenance programme.
Overseeing contractor adherence to SHE site requirements.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least five years of experience in an FMCG environment.
