About this opportunity: The incumbent is responsible for providing a broad range of financial analyses used in the development of the University's overall budget, focusing primarily on ancillary fee revenue.
Duties: Managing the first round of submissions of ancillary fee schedules for the 2025-26 cycle.Managing correspondence between all the divisions and our office in relation to the files.Reaching out to divisions regarding questions related to ancillary fees.Reviewing all the schedules line by line for planning assumptions.Flagging new fees, changes to fees, outsized fee increases for further review.Organizing the files in a set directory for record keeping.Qualifications: Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with modeling and analysis in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
