About the Role As a Senior PHP Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional international teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products highly favored by legal professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in solving technical challenges and enhancing system performance.
Responsibilities Collaborating closely with our Product and Data Sciences teams to develop a Legal Risk Quantification product.Taking part in architecture and technological choices for Front-End.Maintaining and supporting existing applications.Ensuring the quality of the back-end code base (resilience, performance, and security).Designing and implementing new features across our suite of applications.Contributing actively to our Agile rituals.Performing thorough cross-developers code reviews.Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or a solid technical background.5+ years experience in software engineering for web applications.Display strong proficiency in PHP8 (Symfony or Laravel framework).Experience with RESTful API design and development.Be proficient in Git for version control.Have adherence to best development practices such as unit and functional testing, code reviews, SOLID principles, and security practices.Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
