How you'll role As a Senior Performance Marketer at this award-winning agency, you'll lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Shopify. Your role involves deep expertise in Google Ads for strategy, optimisation, and execution. Collaborating with clients, you'll create integrated campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Analysing data and testing, you'll optimise campaigns to boost conversion rates and revenue, while staying updated on industry trends and new channels for growth opportunities. You'll also manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery. Duties & Responsibilities What you'll do Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat (bonus if experienced in Shopify reporting)Exceptional strong Google ads understanding in terms of strategy, optimization and executionCollaborate with clients to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growthAnalyse data and conduct tests to optimise campaigns, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth for clientsMonitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and new channels and tools to identify new growth opportunities for clientsManage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget for clientsDesired Experience & Qualification What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related fieldMust have excellent client facing and account management experience3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels for clientsStrong analytical skills and experience using data to optimise campaigns and improve ROIKnowledge of marketing automation platforms and toolsExperience with Shopify reporting is a bonusExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailPackage & Remuneration R40,000 - R60,000 per month (neg. based on experience)
