Our work culture is adapted to the constantly evolving South African health care environment and will suit solution-driven team players interested in opportunities for career development while working to connect people with care.Purpose of the positionThe Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for supporting administration of payroll processing, administration of leave processing and employee benefit, audit support as well as support the payroll team with any other administrative requirements.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 coupled with a Diploma in HR/Finance ManagementMinimum of 5 years' experience within a payroll administration positionStrong system knowledge (Sage People; MS Office)Clear criminal recordClear credit recordDuties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintains inputs for monthly payrollAssists with the collation of payroll informationAssist with the calculation of salaries and benefitsPrepare monthly payroll input schedulesAssists with the handling of all employee enquiries relating to remunerationAssists with employee benefits managementSupports the preparation and execution of all auditsEnsures processing of employee leave transactionsSupports the preparation of monthly and quarterly reportsEnsure timesheet records and maintainedPerform other duties as assigned
