Requirements: Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 4 to 7 years of sales experience in the forklift or material handling industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of forklift parts and the forklift industry.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Sales Leadership:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead, mentor, and motivate the parts sales team to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Market Analysis and Strategy:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the forklift industry.Develop and execute plans to expand market presence and increase market share.Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials. Inventory Management:Setup regular meetings with procurement manager to ensure correct and adequate stock levels are maintained. Financial Management:Prepare and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and expense control.Analyse sales data to develop pricing strategies and improve profitability.Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management. Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop training programs for the sales team.Keep the team updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
