This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving impactful campaigns that deliver exceptional results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to identify target segments and optimise campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of paid media efforts with other marketing initiatives.Campaign Management: Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), to identify optimisation opportunities.A/B test different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Track and analyse campaign spending to optimise ROI and identify cost-saving opportunities.Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and marketing teams.Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising.Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand your knowledge and network with other professionals.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google Ads, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.Proven track record of managing and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns.In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.TikTok and Apple Search experience.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent project management and organisational skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies.A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this position to ******.
