Duties & ResponsibilitiesMust be in the field of TES (Temporary Employment Services)Lead and oversee the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and standards.Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact point and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.Actively participate in client presentations, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions, representing the company at various levels, including board meetings.Implement effective client acquisition strategies, utilizing prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the client portfolio.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, including rate adjustments, budgeting, and cost management, to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and financial transactions, adhering to set deadlines.Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and industry standards, such as the Labor Relations Act, Bargaining Council agreements, and Health & Safety regulations.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, effective communication, and professional development among team members.Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Generate monthly reports and performance metrics for clients.Desired Experience & QualificationWhile a degree is not mandatory, candidates must possess a minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.Possession of relevant certifications in business management, HR, or related fields would be advantageous.
