About the role
As an operational leader with a passion for service excellence, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Aparthotel and LAV (Luxury Villa & Suites) portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and upholding company standards. You'll use your ability to think strategically to lead and mentor a diverse team, foster a positive work environment, and drive continuous improvement.
You'd be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
Extensive experience in hospitality operations management, ideally within the hotel or vacation rental industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and senior management.A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and service.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Your roles and responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of Apartment Hotels, Luxury Villas and Suites, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Property Managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.Quality Control: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for operational improvement and business growth.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics.
